Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, even when everything on the outside looks "fine." You might find yourself overthinking, worrying constantly, or feeling stuck when trying to make even simple decisions. Over time, this can take a real toll on your daily life and relationships.
You do not have to manage it alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down, understand what your anxiety is telling you, and learn tools to feel more grounded and in control. As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I work with both children and adults using proven approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we will focus on helping you feel more confident, present, and at ease in your day-to-day life.
Family Therapy
Families are complex, and even loving families can get stuck in patterns of conflict, miscommunication, or stress. Whether you are navigating a major life change or ongoing tension at home, family therapy can help create understanding and bring everyone back onto the same team.
I work with families to gently unpack what is going on beneath the surface and to build healthier ways of communicating and supporting one another. Family therapy can be helpful for:
- Parenting challenges
- Sibling conflict
- Blended family adjustments
- Communication breakdowns
- Relationship struggles
- Life transitions
- Grief and loss
- Divorce and separation
- Co-parenting dynamics
- Extended family stress
My goal is to create a space where each person feels heard and respected, and where your family can move forward with more clarity, connection, and compassion.
Depression Therapy
Depression can make life feel heavy and disconnected. It may show up as sadness, low energy, irritability, withdrawal, or a loss of interest in things you once enjoyed. For children and teens, it can sometimes look like behavior changes, frustration, or difficulty at school or at home.
If you or your child are struggling, support is available and healing is possible. I work with both children and adults to better understand what they are going through and to develop practical, supportive strategies that fit their lives.
In our work together, we will focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild hope, and create small, meaningful steps toward feeling better.
A Gentle, Personalized Approach
Every person and every family is different. I take time to truly listen and understand your story so that our work together feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to you.
If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you.
